Somebody gives your name to a friend. That friend looks you up before he calls. If the site doesn’t tell him fast that you’re the one, he doesn’t call, and you never find out he was there. That’s a job you already won, lost on a page you paid for.
I ran Rutman Restoration out of McMinnville. Water, fire, mold, the calls that come in at two in the morning. I took those calls, sent the crews, and paid for a website that never once told me whether it worked. I sold the company in 2025. It’s Harris Restoration now, and I built their site.
